Paul PG LaFlamme Jr.
President
Paul LaFlamme, better known as PG, has been involved with the drum corps for most of his life. Participating as a member from 1986-1994, Paul learned drum corps operations from the ground up. A member of the Board of Directors from 2000 to present, he became President of the Spartans in 2009.
In private industry, Paul has owned and operated several for-profit businesses including Real Estate, Title Insurance, and Property Management. Paul also served for two terms in the NH House of Representatives from 2000-2004. He lives in Nashua with his wife, Kathryn and two children Julia and Andrew.
Ann Prendergast
Operations Director
Ann has been a volunteer with the Spartans organization for over 20 years. An energetic mother of four and proud grandmother of five, Ann now has over 35 years of volunteer experience with several youth organizations including those dedicated to music, sports, civic, and community activities.
Anthony Montesion
Assistant Operations Director
Anthony marched in the Spartans from 2002-2006 and was on the visual staff 2007, and 2010-2018. He has been the Assistant Operations Director since 2019.
Anthony graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Fitchburg State University then attained his Masters of Education from UMASS-Lowell. Anthony currently works as the Dean of Students, Advanced Math and Science Academy Charter School.
Paul G. LaFlamme, Sr.
Transportation Director
Paul grew up in Nashua, NH and is the son of the founder of the organization. He is a graduate of Nashua High School.
Andy Smolko
Communications Director
Andy is the CEO of CertaPro Painters of Nashua, NH and Westford, MA. He grew up in NJ where he marched in two local Drum and Bugle Corps from 1969-1976.
Tom Houle
Food Service Manager
Tom Graduated from Framingham State University with a BS in Food & Nutrition. Since then he has worked in the school nutrition fields in several different capacities.
Tom is also the President of the School Nutrition Association of Massachusetts and has been an SNA member for 20+ years serving on the executive board and many committees throughout the years. He served 10 years as the chairman and health inspector for his local board of health and three years a selectman. He also owned and operated his own restaurant and catering business prior to becoming a Schools Nutrition Director, from which he brought a great deal of practical experience to the school side of food operations.

Sarah is a proud alumnus of the Spartans, having marched mellophone from 2014 to 2019.
