How to Join

If you’re ready to start your summer of a lifetime with the Spartans, here’s what we need from you.

1. Fill out the signup form

We need to know a few things about you, so please fill out the form and we’ll send you all the details.

2. Attend one of our camps

Tuition cost for each camps is $50. One-day rehearsals have no cost.

Contracted members will pay camp fees as outlined in their contract.

About our Camps

These camps are not auditions! The weekends will be full of music and visual training and introduction. All attendees will get a look into the 2018 season performance and show plans!

$50 Camp fees

All attendees (new and returning) must pay a $50 fee for each camp. This small fee covers professional instruction and all meals: lunch, dinner & snack on Saturday, and breakfast & lunch on Sunday for both camps.

IMPORTANT: Camp fees are also counted as a payment towards your summer tuition.

Color Guard Dates

The guard only attends the Sunday of some winter camps.  Details for guard practice times will be posted as we get closer to each weekend.

All guard members must register using the form above. Any out-of-area guard members will be contacted by the guard staff for further information.

What do the camps cost?

Each camp costs $50. This includes all food, lodging, and instruction.

There is no cost for our one-day rehearsals, but no meals will be provided.

What should I bring to the camps?

Members should bring all practice materials including comfortable clothing and sneakers. Also, please bring a participation agreement that can be found in your corps data account. In addition, you should bring changes of clothes, a sleeping bag, pillow, and towel/showering supplies.

Should I bring my instrument?

If you have one, Yes! Although all equipment of the Spartans will be available, we hope to have extra members in attendance so the more the merrier!

What music will we play and can I get it ahead of time?

Music will be distributed. You can locate it by signing into your Corpsdata account and downloading it from the library tab.

How do I access my “corps data” account and get more information?

  1. Using your email address and the password you received when you first signed up, log into corpsdata.net
  2. Select “Library” in the black bar across the top of the screen.
  3. Click on your section to check the drawer: Brass, Battery, Front Ensemble or General to access the information for each individual section. General contains all registration forms that you will need to bring with you to the camps.

How will I eat at the camps?

Our camps are designed to give you a true experience of what it is like to be on tour with the Spartans. All meals will be included and you will eat with us.

I live outside of New England and cannot attend camps. Can I still be considered for a position?

Yes! You can send us an audition video. Download the “video audition” specification sheet from corpsdata.

The fee is $50, and you will receive feedback from our award winning instructors. The $50 Video Audition fee includes your winter camp fee.

You will be invited, if appropriate, to attend a camp. You MUST attend at least one camp before being offered a position with the corps.
